Delivery & Refund: All orders made on www.usastopshopsupplies.com are shipped via reliable courier companies as FedEx, UPS, DHL and US Postal Services. After getting the complete order from you, it only takes us 2 hours to confirm the order from our side and once we get an approval through our sales manager via phone call, it only takes us 2 more hours to prepare the order for shipping.
After sending the package from our packing store and when it reaches our shipping centre, we send our customers an email regarding the order number and a following tracking number. All orders paid via credit or debit card, Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal will automatically provide an order number and subsequently a tracking number will be provided giving details of the package so that you can follow the order in real time.
We begin updating the status of all the orders booked with us within 3 business hours and when it is done via FedEx Overnight (additional fees incurred); we arrange for an overnight delivery, which means that the parcel arrives at your doorstep on the very next day of the order, until 12:00 pm in the afternoon.
You will receive an immediate refund or re-shipment of the pills in case the product is lost or damaged. Our motto is to provide the best quality medicines for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our medications, we will refund your money in accordance with our refund policy.
We abide by the Consumer Contract Regulations (information, cancellation and additional charges) which makes it necessary for the customers to inform to the supplier about their dissatisfaction with the product on the following day of receiving the delivery. You must return the medicine the next day so that we can be certain of your intention to return the medication. You are entitled for the refund of any standard postage charges incurred on return of the drug packages.
The items returned by you must be in the proper condition in which you received them, keeping in mind all necessary precautions for health or sanitation related to the products. Consumer Contracts regulations (information, cancellation and additional charges) gives us the right to reduce the refund amount you receive, in the event that defective items are returned, damaged or used in any way. The amount by which we can reduce your refund will depend on the decrease in the value of your use of the item. You should keep in mind that if your item is not in a resalable state, the decrement can be 100%.
HOW TO RETURN ARTICLES
Please make sure to fill out the return form attached with your delivered product and pack it in the returned parcel. It is expected that you will return the product by mail in the following days, informing us that you wish to return your items.
After receiving your returned items, your refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to the original account you used at the time of purchase and it takes 1 business day to be credited to your account based on the services of your card issuer. We will also refund money paid for standard postage paid on returned orders.
The company is fully responsible in case of dissatisfaction with the product. Although it is absolutely clear that the condition of the returned product is solely accountable for the amount of the refund, customers must ensure that the returned drugs are in good condition.
